Digestive Health: Spring "Cleaning," Anyone? Is It Right For You?

This time every year, that is a fabulous solution when the energy of the new year was a fresh and vibrant, it seems like such a distant memory. However, destructive journals make it impossible to forget. Lose 5 pounds for dinner! Look back dress advice! titles never ceases to amaze me. I hope my views on health has shifted attention away from your number on the scale how you feel. My philosophy when it comes to health and wellness is that true health is more than the number on the digital demon ... something so fickle you should NOT dictate your life. Your weight is changed more frequently than they change underwear ... So please, do not give it any power.
However, from a holistic perspective, if someone is overweight, which may be a sign that something is wrong on the inside. (Again, the emphasis is not on weight, but on the fact that something internally may not be in full working order.) With so many weight related resolutions, I felt compelled to include this article in my "Year Butt" discussion. * Note: I do not believe that clean should be used as a weight-loss tool. You will most likely lose weight, while cleaning, but to develop a dependency cleansing for weight loss is just another version of disordered eating. So why celebs swear by it ...
If you still have to clean up, spring is a fantastic time! winter can leave us feeling a dispute with severe food we eat, how to prepare for hibernation. Of course, many people experience weight loss on the cleanse. (* Warning ... here's where I get a bit graphic.) If you have some type of colon cleansing in spring cleaning mode (such as the colon), you may experience a large amount of weight loss due to the amount of feces that is cleared from your colon. I know ... I said feces. Better yet, I meant that you had feces stored in your colon. So ... I'm just saying that they were full of Pooh. Unfortunately the truth is not always beautiful.
Your colon is as winding, weaving river with rippled walls. When our diets are full of fiber and our hearts move on a regular basis, we can keep the colon clean, needing only occasional "hose down". However, when our diets are filled with fried, chemicalized, processed junk 'food' in the absence of anything that would even to place in the category of food that gunk gets caught in the bowel walls. couple that with lack of tone in the intestines, and lack of exercise and exercise that promotes digestion, and you have a hose that holds 3 or more servings ... now that is a load of Crud.
If the feces remain in your colon longer than it should, it continues to digest and absorb liquids on which feces harder and harder. Finally, the droppings near the lining of the colon can become rubbery. When this happens, regular chairs are not going to get out of that, no matter what you do. It was at this point that a series of colonics May be required. This in perspective, if you did not have at least two chairs each day of your life, and more preferably one after each meal, then you most likely have feces stored in your colon.
Now, I want to be totally honest and transparent here. Colonics have saved lives. They are a necessary part of treatment for some people and they are completely safe ... for most people. Before you go and ask for Roto-Rooter program, I suggest you consult. Meet your colon hydrotherapist and make sure you feel comfortable. Discuss all of the conditions that you can put in a risk group. Something like ulcerative colitis would be one of those such terms. My first experience was not the best. I was not comfortable with my colon hydrotherapist and I was instructed to prepare properly for the procedure. I'm building my confidence to try it again. After all, this is the "year of Butt !"

Well, the good and not-so-good news. (I've always wanted to give the not-so-good news.) Americans are all pretty much full of crap. (Ah! so many jokes I could put here: Fill in the blank:) In addition to the amount of faeces deposited in our colons, toxic waste leaches back into our bodies because they do not eliminate properly. It can have many side effects, it is hard to name them all. Besides, adds weight to the weight of feces often we are constantly trying to lose as we age! What leads to good news. simple colon cleansing program can improve all of this! Blemished skin and acne clearance is a very common benefit, but the removal of back pain, relief from depression, treat skin rashes, reduce body odor and improving nutrition are also possible outcomes, and much, much more! As if that was not enough for you New Year's resolution-ers, a few pounds that you lose once you release all your Crud can only leave you with an extra bounce in your step.
Be sure to choose clean that is right for you. There are plenty of choices out there ... some I recommend, some can be avoided. Go to cleanse with a different perspective. Instead of focusing on weight, focus on cleansing the tissues and organs in your body. If the goal is weight loss, it is very easy to starve yourself during clean up. This can set up to gain more weight back when you stop to clean. Instead, you focus on cleansing the body, and, of course, give your body the food it needs, while eliminating the things in your diet that can prevent optimal organ function, thus providing a wonderful cleansing effect on the organs of the body. The name of the game is education ... either educate yourself or find someone to educate you!
Just to reiterate, NOT cleaning program weight. This is not your excuse to eat whatever you want, and then flush out every week. In fact, it will leave you feeling worse than colon shalacked the Pooh. This therapy is used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program. In my opinion, if you have a question that needs an extra lovin ', I would think that colon cleansing can keep track of your annual spring cleaning routine ... Why not clean the inside out! I feel like spring cleaning brings the great foods that naturally help our bodies to shed extra weight of winter, so it seems an appropriate time to clean overall.
This is just the tip of the iceberg folks! I could never cover all the cleaning in one article (or else I would have you reading forever!). PLEASE educate yourself further if colon cleansing is something that interests you. Stay tuned for another article detailing some of the decisions that they have when it comes to cleaning. Of course, I welcome any questions at all. As your very own butt-expert, I'll be happy to answer questions and do some more research to help you get the point in the right direction. Happy Spring Cleaning!
