You - At Your Best

People often ask me what I noticed in working with people as a life coach during these recent difficult times. Although I work with very successful, empowered people, I see them struggling to stay at its best - focused, positive and productive - in this climate. I must admit that my gremlins are more active and rowdy than usual! However, the other thing I notice is people are still thriving. When people stay focused on what they can control and manage your reactions to bad news and the media noise situations, believes there is still good news, and rich in opportunity, even now. I know that the current situation can make you feel like that little in life raft thrown mercilessly angry seas. However, more than even our world needs people to be performing at its best, not in a state of fear or avoidance. Therefore, this article is about you: at your best

Balanced B - holding on for dear life in a small raft, the idea of balance can seem impossible. However, I think this is one of the most important things we can do for themselves in challenging times. Find your "center of gravity" with a minimum of self-care steps. For example, a novice meditators who participated in the six weeks of meditation training reported being less stressed, more optimistic and better able to handle challenges. People who are dealing with a gratitude exercise per week (only write five things they were thankful for) reported higher levels of happiness, even six months after he graduated. So, find your own little practices that bring balance into your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

E Empowered by - It can feel like waves and global circumstances have all the power, and all you can do is react. However, I encourage you to focus on what you can control. You've already overcome incredible challenges in your life. What are some challenges in the past seemed to be intimidating, and yet you were able to overcome them? How do you successfully work through these situations? To be able to take control of even a small portion of your circumstances, rather than reacting to them? Researchers have found that people who have taken some action, no matter how small (such as making donations to their favorite causes), feel less stressed and better about themselves than those who do nothing.

T Trust - Although today's challenges are unprecedented in many ways, the very nature of our civilization is developing means that we still have new challenges and opportunities. Futurists and economists are predicting this situation for years. And as futurists predict that it will move past this current situation to a new set of opportunities and challenges. I think about how bleak things must have looked just before the end of the Second World War, with so many countries involved in the battles, sacrifices being made at home, and all European countries are being ravaged. The current situation does not look so bad in comparison! In order to develop a stronger sense of confidence you serve? What practices could participate in that would expand his confidence that things will work? Dozens of studies have been conducted on the power of prayer, and there are many who have achieved remarkable progress through visualization exercises (See Lynne McTaggart intent of the experiment). How can you build more confidence in your own life, and maybe even in your community?
