Lessons of Trade Show Exhibiting

If you are a company looking to make a splash at the trade show, listen to the words of Woody Allen who said that 80% of success is just showing up. The same goes for trade shows. If you want a big presence at the trade show, your company should appear on the floor with a trade show exhibit trade show. Otherwise, you will be visibly absent from the trade show arena.
case in point - at CES in Las Vegas in January, according to Forbes.com, Research In Motion has had very little presence in Vegas, despite the fact that it seemed as if every 140,000 people from the trade show had one of its products. By not exhibiting at the trade show booth, RIM is hard to believe his recent insistence that it is going after the consumer market with its BlackBerry Pearl.
Instead, it seems that RIM has given up the race to get smart phones in the hands of ordinary potrošača.Poruka RIM's premier business phone, however, could be boosted to their core customers in their trade show display. But since there was no trade show exhibit RIM, the message has gone unheard of.
The next lesson is to just do something! Or, as Nike is known for its slogan - Just
.
What Kodak did the CES trade show exhibit will soon be published solution for digital photos that are probably just collecting dust in your computer's hard disk. Their response was that the EasyShare Digital Picture Frames play a slideshow of your favorite pictures and video clips. Music can be incorporated in the slideshow. Models are presented in 8 "and 10" digital photo frames, and they offer integrated Wi-Fi for streaming video, photography, music from a computer in another sobi.Proizvod is due out in March 2007.
The second lesson is to aggressively market your company's splashy news.

It helps if you are a master of marketing. There is no shame in self-promoting your company and your new products. With a little modesty, a week before Macworld, Apple changed the front of his company's website at the eye-catching Apple logo with a promise. "The first 30 years was just the beginning of Welcome to 2007 ."
Remember, in order to successfully trade the experience, follow the lessons of trade marksmanship. These are: to be seen, be active, and hear. These lessons are applied wherever you have an exhibition fairs - whether the McCormick Convention Center in Chicago, the Kaiser Convention Center in Oakland, the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Santa Clara Convention Center or the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
