Colorful Kaleidoscope Play and Therapy

a certain color have long been associated with the power to stimulate the intellectual, emotional or physical needs. Energy, fear, stress, love, communication, intuition, healing, love, self-control, confidence, creativity, intuition, and many specific physical conditions may be affected.
In the summer months, Colour receive energy from the sun. This time of year, however, is becoming less and less sun, because the shorter days and colder weather. Soon, articles on light therapy for seasonal affective disorder (SAD) will start to appear in the news.
This is a great opportunity to try looking at the color therapy kaleidoscopes. Color, you know, the visible portion of solar energy. For the benefit of a kaleidoscope of color therapy is almost "child's play." Choose a color that attracts or choose from the list below.
Yellow: improves memory and increases the chance

Red: Increases Competitiveness and sharpen decision-making,

Blue: Helps to sober business decision, it is a calming color and puts you in touch with the real world.

Green: Relieves stress, helps with insomnia,

Purple: deepens intuition and connects you with universal values. Promotes inner strength that overcomes fear.

Orange: social energy. Resourceful sure all of your orange stimulates appetite.

Using a kaleidoscope of color therapy is a combination of games and meditation. Pick up a kaleidoscope, let your mind follow the pattern of colors you like best. No need to think about it, just breathe and let your inner self-follow colors: My personal experience is that five minutes of looking into a kaleidoscope of golden yellow gray day seem much more bearable. Try this winter and get the color energy you need.
